Human Resources Administrator


Fixed- term (12 months)


37 hours per week

Bradford College has an exciting new opportunity for HR Administrator. The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrational support across the HR Function. You will be fundamental in achieving the College's commitment to transform students' lives.


The successful candidate


We are seeking to appoint a highly experienced administrator to focus on providing an excellence level of customer service.


The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working within a busy HR Function This involves an accurate and timely delivery of administrative services such as formal correspondence to employees relating to terms and conditions of employment and policies/procedures (letters of appointment, employment contracts, leaver documentation, changes to terms and conditions, pensions documentation).


You will be knowledgeable about the monitoring and storage of compliance documentation in line with current UK and EU legislation. Including DBS checks, safer recruitment, pre-employment checks and the college's Single Central Record.


You will have a track record of successfully completing a similar role in a busy Human Resource function. 


You will be able to work on your own initiative and be solution oriented. You will be capable of managing a high workload and be able to prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
