To help us on our mission, we’re looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our dynamic and ambitious team for Spectre, the UK’s leading instruction generation tool. Spectre’s sales and lettings software has revolutionised prospecting for estate and letting agents across the UK.

To date, Spectre has generated over £16 billion worth of instructions for clients, generating an average return on investment for them of over 3,000%.

The Spectre Sales Team is the driving force in ensuring Street Group is set to hit ambitious targets that will allow us to grow and continue to revolutionise the PropTech industry. To help us achieve this goal, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team.  

As a key member of the Sales Team, you'll have an impact on: 

  • Supporting the wider team to identify and engage new business opportunities
  • Managing inbound sales enquiries and conducting engaging product demos with prospective customers.
  • Account management of current clients to ensure Spectre remains the product of choice for estate agencies across the nation through building lasting impressions that are positive and aligned to our values.
  • Immersing yourself in the company and sharing your informed passion for our evolving product.
  • Working closely with our development teams to provide fresh ideas on product development.
  • Identifying and building a pipeline of self-generated client prospects.
  • Hosting occasional webinars to present our product solutions/features.
  • Ensuring our customers have a wonderful experience at every opportunity.

Who we're looking for

  • You’re curious and conscientious, you’ll make it your business to know everything about our product, and have the communication skills to share that knowledge in a way that inspires.
  • You have experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment with a clear understanding of the full sales cycle and can explain your approach and techniques with confidence.
  • You’re comfortable working in a sales role where a proactive and consultative approach is encouraged.
  • You have exceptional communication and organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time, handling multiple projects at once.
  • You’re a team player who’s happy to work with people from all areas of the business.

Salary

£24,000 with an expected OTE of £50k. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.
