Full Time, 37 hours per week. Permanent.

Salary: SCP024 – SCP026 - £25,918.87 - £27,478.66 per annum.

Following large capital investment within our buildings and facilities across several sites we are looking to grow our Estates team by recruiting individuals with the right skills and attitude. Covering a geographical area ranging from Berwick on the Scottish borders down to Hartlepool within the Tees Valley the current Estates team have recently undergone significant change to ensure the correct structures are in place to support the delivery of a first-class service to internal customers.

We are looking to recruit a Plumber based at either Sunderland or Northumberland College to work as part of the estates team with responsibility for the maintenance, repairing and testing of plumbing and mechanical systems including heating, water, and ventilation systems across the Education Partnership North East estate.

Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
